Ah! Sorry everyone, but I've been visiting my In-laws and I have no internet access. (Momentarily at a friends house who has been so kind as to let me borrow the internet.)
I'll get back to posting as soon as possible (I got LOTS to talk about!).
I can't wait to get back at it. Until then, MERRY CHRISTMAS EVERYONE!

Merry Christmas!
As a fellow new-ish blogger, whose in-laws also have no internet, I heartily recommend scheduled posts. (Well, I fell on my feet this time because I had several sets of honeymoon pics to eke out over the holidays - not sure what it will be in future.)
Merry Christmas! Can't wait to see what you have to talk about!
Enjoy the holidays. The internet will be here when you come back!
Merry Christmas to you and your wife, Josh. And May God Bless You in 2009!
found your blog from Angie and Randy and I'm looking forward to following along. I really liked your post on "college is overrated." I'm not sure I 100% agree, but I totally agree with your main point--that college is a testament of will. (I wrote something a while back about college as "the survival of the fittest." Similar theme to what you were saying).
I also totally understand your rant on geology! Although I loved my liberal arts education, I was forced to take a science. I chose geology and because it was so horrible and the professor was so horrible, I got a "c"- the only c in my entire academic career- from kindergarten through college graduation. It sitll annoys me.
Anyways, now that I talked(wrote?) your ear off---just wanted to say hi and looking forward to reading along.
I'm somewhat suffering the same thing. It's a little weird, being this far away from a computer after being so attached. Can't wait to hear all that's been going on!
Happy Holidays! Don't miss us too much! We'll all be floating about in the world wide web when you return!
Merry Christmas, Josh! When you come back, will you please do me an eensy weensy favor and consider changing two settings on your blog? One is the number of posts you show at a time; if you only show one, and your readers don't read you every day, they have to go to separate pages to see them. The other is to consider switching your comments setting to Open in a New Window, so that we can still see your original post while composing a comment :) Just some suggestions (hope you don't mind :)
Happy new year
